At Väderstad Components, we have full control over the entire manufacturing process. Regular tests mean that we can guarantee consistent and high quality in production. Manufacturing starts in our laser machines and then continues to machining, shaping and press hardening. The products are then painted in our robotic powder coating line. Hardening steel is a matter of timing between time and temperature, something we are uniquely adept at. This is how we create the exact hardness and mechanical properties that a Väderstad agricultural machine requires. We are working to expand our product range further and to broaden our manufacturing and thus develop as a leading component supplier.
